About Us

Pull Up a Chair.

Hi, I’m Tanja: mom to James and Baylei, Grandma, and professional figure-it-outer. No formal certification. Just a lot of practice.

Let me keep it real: I know what it feels like to be one paycheck away from homelessness. I was a young single mom, stressed, working through mental health struggles, and navigating relationship problems too. That last one deserves its own chapter. Maybe snacks.

Then life said, “Let’s do it all at once.” In the same month, I was laid off and a relationship ended. It was a mess, but it also woke me up. I realized the job I was in was taking more from me than I could keep giving. Losing it pushed me to imagine a different life.

My family kept me standing, especially my mother. She showed up with love and structure when I needed both. Not everybody has a Mother like mine, and I never forget that.

I believe everybody deserves the basics: food, water, and a safe roof over their head. That’s not a luxury. It’s the starting point. Giving back is part of why I’m building The TAMB Effect, and why I want to encourage and motivate people here.

R3L grew from this journey: Reset. Reclaim. Rebuild. Live. I’m building something that honors my family name, carries forward the people who held me up, and helps somebody else see that their story is not over.

If life has you barely making it right now, pull up a chair. You’re not alone. You’re family here.
